IFCO Leases 137,500 SF in Henry County

MCDONOUGH, GA-IFCO-US LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of IFCO Systems North America Inc., has signed a 137,500-sf lease in one of the three buildings at the 1.5-million-sf Interstate South Industrial Park here, about 30 miles south of Downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes south of Hartsfield International Airport.

Area brokers tell GlobeSt.com the deal is the largest of its kind in the metro market in the third quarter. The site is off Interstate 75 and State Route 155 in Henry County.

The lease brings the 577,500-sf cross-dock distribution facility at 100 Interstate South Dr. to 75% occupancy and adds a third corporate tenant to the park. Genco and Wal-Mart also lease premises there.
