LOS ANGELES-The local office of Trammell Crow Co. will provide a range of services for 44 million sf of Tyco International real estate under a newly signed agreement that Trammell Crow says is the largest such assignment in the 55-year history of the Dallas-based real estate company.

Torrance-based Trammell Crow principals Henry Johnson and Mike Scimo will lead the day-to-day operations of the Tyco account, with strategic oversight from Bob Ruth, senior managing director, and Steve Belcher, regional director. Henry notes that the assignment is not only the largest in Trammell Crow’s history but one of the largest such deals in the history of the industry.
