Lexicon has taken the entire four-storey building, totalling 15,600 sf of offices, on a 16-year lease with a break option in year six at a rumoured £50 ($85) per sf.
This letting is the first transaction on Paternoster Square following the initial pre-lettings to investment banking giant Goldman Sachs, property consultant CB Richard Ellis and The Stock Exchange.
DTZ and FPDSavills advised City Offices and CGI on the deal, with Kinney Green representing Lexicon. DTZ and FPDSavills are also marketing 64,000 sf in the adjacent Paternoster House for CGI and City Offices.
