Three Jackson-Cross Alums Join in Reviving the Banner

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-John Morrissey, Pete Davisson and Lou Battagliese, who went separate ways following Insignia's 1998 purchase of Philadelphia's once-prominent Jackson-Cross Co., reunite to form Jackson Cross Partners.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Three Delaware Valley brokers join forces to form Jackson Cross Partners LLC, a commercial real estate services firm based here. They are John Morrissey, Pete Davisson and Lou Battagliese, alumni of Philadelphia-based Jackson-Cross Co., which was acquired by Insignia/ESG in July 1998.

None has been idle since then. Morrissey and Battagliese formed their own firms, Morrissey Partners and Flagship Realty Advisors, respectively. Morrissey’s company was founded in 2000. Before founding Flagship in 2002, Battagliese served as EVP at GMH Capital Partners, based in Newtown Square, PA.

In 1998, Davisson remained with the new owner of Jackson-Cross and was the top producer in Insignia’s Wilmington, DE office until CB Richard Ellis acquired Insignia this July.
