Paul N. Glickman and Steven S. Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the landlord, 875 Third Avenue LLC. Richard Rosenhaus represented the tenant. Eastgate Realty manages the site.
According to Glickman, a C&W EVP, Exis valued the building's high quality design and its access to transportation. Designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, 875 Third Ave. utilizes modern design. Amenities include a five-story atrium lobby, upscale food courtyard, panoramic views and high-level building security.
"Exis, in particular, was attracted by the extensive infrastructure and building systems," says Glickman. "This is one of Third Avenue's best properties, occupied by high-credit tenants, and Exis is a great addition to the building."
Out of its 29 floors, only 48,000 sf, including the fourth and parts of the third floor remain available. Other tenants currently in the building include the law firms of Hogan & Hartson and Thelen Reid & Priest.
