GlobeSt.com EXCLUSIVE: Exis Capital Takes 29,750 SF at 875 Third

NEW YORK CITY-Hedge fund Exis Capital inks a 10-year deal for the top floor at 875 Third Ave. This deal brings the Plaza District property up to 96% occupancy.

NEW YORK CITY- Exis Capital Management Inc. signed a 10-year lease to relocate its New York headquarters 875 Third Ave., a 29-story class A office tower located between 52nd and 53rd streets in the Plaza District. The hedge fund leased the top floor. No financial details of the arrangement were released, however space in the building is advertised at $49 per sf.

Paul N. Glickman and Steven S. Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the landlord, 875 Third Avenue LLC. Richard Rosenhaus represented the tenant. Eastgate Realty manages the site.

According to Glickman, a C&W EVP, Exis valued the building’s high quality design and its access to transportation. Designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, 875 Third Ave. utilizes modern design. Amenities include a five-story atrium lobby, upscale food courtyard, panoramic views and high-level building security.
