Under the reworked deal with a five-year term, Masthead Hose & Supply is now occupying 36,560 sf at 7201 Clinton Dr., Walter Menuet of Vantage Cos. Houston Division tells GlobeSt.com. The firm has been a park tenant for 10 years.
A short-term renewal was penned by Bishop's Original Products Inc. for 7111 Clinton Dr. The tenant for the last decade uses the industrial space for storage and distribution of specialty lubricants.
Menuet brokered the terms for Vantage while the tenants used company execs to negotiate their interests. The four-building development, which contains 182,500 sf, carries a quoted rate of 30 cents per sf gross.
