Armada Signs Three New Tenants

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Armada Real Estate has signed three new tenants for the Applegate Square Shopping Center here.

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Armada Real Estate and Investment Co. has signed three new tenants for Southfield’s Applegate Square shopping center, according to Armada’s Steve Goren.

Romantica, a new 2,264-sf Italian restaurant, opened in the former Le Metro restaurant at 29855 Northwestern Highway, Goren says. In the second deal, S1 Home Designs, an interior decorating and home design service, leased 1,150 sf at 29791 Northwestern Highway.
