The team is marketing 1200 Morris Dr. to full-building corporate prospects at rental rates ranging between $25.50 and $26 per sf, plus electric. The facility was designed by Philadelphia-based Curtis Cox Kennerly and completed in 1985.
Robert W. Walters is senior managing director at CBRE's Wayne office. The marketing team includes Steve Cousart and Mike McShane, both first VPs. Locally based Fox Cos. is the master planner and developer of Chesterbrook, which contains a 120,000-sf shopping center, nine restaurants and a Wyndham all-suites hotel in addition to residences and office buildings. Chesterbrook also has seven miles of walking trails and 200 acres of dedicated open space. It adjoins Valley Forge National Historic Park.
