El Paseo Starts Phase II

PALM DESERT, CA-Construction of the 9,300-sf second phase of the project is under way after completion of the 12.000-sf first phase.

PALM DESERT, CA-Construction is under way on the second phase of the El Paseo Square shopping center after the recent completion of Phase I, according to leasing agent Maggie Montez of CB Richard Ellis in Indian Wells. The first phase of the property comprises 12,000 sf and is due to include crystal and china retailer Table Top Elegance, the Bellissimo women’s clothing store, and Ft. Knoxx Jewelers, which will open by year-end.

Phase II of the project will comprise 9,300 sf and is under construction by Asaro Builders. It was designed by Prest Vuksic of Palm Desert, with tenants that have already signed leases including Four Seasons Swimwear, Sun Optics and Kidz Enterprises Inc. Tenant openings for the second phase are scheduled for the first quarter of 2004.
