According to the terms of the 87-month lease, the new tenant will move into its space in December. Known as Forest Health Services, the firm currently operates nine treatment centers in six states across the country.
Forest Health Services was represented by Kyle Clark of Burnham Real Estate ONCOR International in the recent deal. The lessor, CA-La Jolla Centre LP, was represented by Bess Wakeman of Equity Office Properties.
La Jolla Centre II, which is located at 9255 Towne Centre Dr. in the Golden Triangle area of San Diego, is part of a two-tower office complex that encompasses more than 300,000 sf. The La Jolla Centre II facility stands 10 stories high and houses 148,278 sf of class A, office space. Amenities here include a fitness center, jeweler, deli, full-service bank, restaurant, conference center, and mail services.
