Madison Marquette Wins Two New Assignments

SEATTLE-Madison Marquette has added two new properties to its management portfolio in the region. Jim Alexander, head of the Washington, DC-based company’s local office, tells GlobeSt.com he assumed management of a 250,000-sf retail center in Lake Forest, WA on Friday and this Saturday will become the manager of a 360,000-sf retail center in Issaquah.

Madison Marquette continues to have the leasing assignment for both properties, says Alexander. Trammell Crow previously held the management assignment.

Commons at Issaquah is a 360,000-sf community center located 30 minutes east of the city. Anchor tenants are Target, Safeway, Ross, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Long’s Drug. Occupancy is 96.4%. The owner of the property was not immediately available, but the asset is managed by Chicago-based Heitman Capital Management.
