The property's tenant roster currently includes Mervyn's, T.J Maxx, Border's Books & Music, Old Navy, Linens 'N‚ Things and Pier 1 Imports. Madison Marquette will be working to redevelop the center "to better meet the needs of the surrounding community," the company says.

Madison Marquette, an affiliate of international investment firm Capital Guidance Corp., oversees more than 28 million sf of regional malls, specialty centers, community centers, urban villages and other retail and mixed-use properties throughout the United States. The firm's development and ownership portfolio includes such properties as Manhattan Village (Manhattan Beach, CA), Bay Street (Emeryville, CA), and The Bell Tower Shops (Ft. Myers, FL).
