In announcing the promotion, Staubach president John Fetz cited Terrell's leadership in overseeing numerous projects for major corporate and higher education clients.

Among the jobs were the $25-million renovation and addition to Sanford Stadium at the University of Georgia; the $45-million Paul D. Coverdell Center for Biomedical and Health and Health Sciences at the University of Georgia; the $60-million development of the married housing complex at the Georgia Institute of Technology; and the $33-million School of Information Technology at Georgia Southern University.

Terrell received his master of architecture and bachelor of science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a former vice president of Lord, Aeck & Sargent and also worked as a project manager for Stang & Newdow.
