The Sacramento, CA-based firm moved into a medium-term lease, Bill Ginder with Houston's Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group tells GlobeSt.com. Ginder represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Art Barkley was the internal representative for the building owner, ProLogis. The space is within the 129,600-sf building at 6605 Roxburgh Dr. in the northwest industrial distribution corridor.
In an unrelated transaction, Ginder along with Ron Roberson, also of Caldwell Watson, represented equipment company, Lone Star Automated Systems, in the short-term renewal of its 2,480-sf lease at 10801 Hammerly Blvd. in west Houston. The 82,820-sf building is owned by the Bergen Co.
