Spaulding & Slye Secures Willow Oaks III Assignment

FAIRFAX, VA-A brand new office building, Willow Oaks III, is in line to get a helping hand with leasing activities. Property owner Prentiss Properties Trust has tapped real estate services concern Spaulding & Slye Colliers to help lease up the remaining 130,000 sf of the 180,000-sf structure. Current tenants include Equient, a division of Veridian Information Systems, and Lanier Worldwide. Space at the class A building is being marketed for $27 per sf.

Carrying the address of 8270 Willow Oaks Corporate Dr, the Noritake Associates-designed Willow Oaks III is a seven-story sister building to the eight-story Willow Oaks I and II buildings, which were developed in the late 1980s and account for a total of 390,000 sf. “With its prominent location, right off the Capital Beltway, at Rte. 50 and Gallows Rd., Willow Oaks III offers high-profile office space with the best visibility and ease of access of all its competition,” notes Prentiss Properties senior vice president Janet S. Davis.
