BPG Industrial Partners III LP is the owner of the 45,000-sf, multi-tenant building, which has easy access to I 95 and Rte. 202. The portion of the building Target will occupy has heavy electrical service, tailgate dock loading and a clear ceiling height of 20 feet.

The aggregate value of the retailer's five-year agreement is in excess of $700,000 and the lease takes the building to 100% occupancy. Steve Italiano and Daniel Reeder, SVPs in the Wayne, PA office of CB Richard Ellis, were the sole agents representing BPG in the transaction.

Naamans Creek Center is a 125-acre business park in Upper Chichester Twp. in Delaware County, PA, and located mid-way between Wilmington, DE and Center City Philadelphia.
