Prime Performance Commits to 42,000 SF

MCLEAN, VA-Corporate solutions concern Project Performance Corp. has taken on a total of 41,500 sf of space in the 100,000-sf building at 1760 Old Meadow Rd. Advantis Real Estate Services Corp. represented both the new tenants, as well as the tenant from which Project Performance is leasing part of its new space.

“There are two pieces to their five-year commitment,” Advantis’s Bruce McNair tells GlobeSt.com. “They have a sublease from Spacenet with an add-on time lease with the landlord.” McNair adds that rent for sublet space at the property is in the high teens per sf, while prime let space is in the low $20s.
