Office/Warehouse Leases in the North Total 11,940 SF

HOUSTON-Two office/warehouse leases have been completed in the northern regions. One is a renewal near George Bush Intercontinental Airport and the other is a new lease in the northern suburb of the Woodlands.

HOUSTON-An oilfield technology and consulting firm has renewed its office/warehouse space near George Bush Intercontinental Airport and a distributor of key chain breathalyzers has moved into similar space in the northern Houston suburb of the Woodlands. Together, the two deals total 11,940 sf. The exact terms of both deals were kept under wraps.

Technologies Alliance has signed a short-term renewal for its 10,440-sf of office/warehouse space at 1400 East North Belt Drive near the airport. Pollard Galipp of Cypressbrook Co. in the Woodlands represented Technologies Alliance in the lease negotiations. Gallipp that his client has been leasing space at the property for more than three years. The property is owned by the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America. Will Stacy of the Holt Cos. of Houston represented the building owner. Asking rates for that area of town are between 50 and 60 cents per sf.
