Intergraph, which has been located at the park for 10 years, renewed its 7,400-sf lease. The company sells and distributes printing equipment and supplies in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America. Trader Publishing Co., which publishes automotive and marine advertising publications as well as an employment guide, renewed its 7,300-sf lease. The company, based in Norfolk, VA, moved to the park in 1999. That office is a sales and distribution hub for publications including Auto Mart, Boat, Cycle and RV Buyer's Guide and Auto Mercado.

Both companies signed mid-term leases for mostly office space with small storage warehouses, according to a spokeswoman. The lease values were not disclosed; however, based on the average rental rate for such space in the Miramar submarket, the leases are estimated to be worth more than $550,000 combined, according to recently released Broward County office overviews for the third quarter.

Maridee Bell of Sunbeam Properties, the park's developer, represented the park in both transactions. Miramar Park of Commerce, the biggest corporate park in Broward County, has more than four million sf completed.
