Two Renewal Deals Inked in Miramar Park

MIRAMAR, FL-Two companies, Intergraph and Trader Publishing Co., have renewed their leases totaling 14,700 sf in the Miramar Park of Commerce here.

Intergraph, which has been located at the park for 10 years, renewed its 7,400-sf lease. The company sells and distributes printing equipment and supplies in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America. Trader Publishing Co., which publishes automotive and marine advertising publications as well as an employment guide, renewed its 7,300-sf lease. The company, based in Norfolk, VA, moved to the park in 1999. That office is a sales and distribution hub for publications including Auto Mart, Boat, Cycle and RV Buyer’s Guide and Auto Mercado.
