Anshen Dyer Associates has leased 18,976 sf , Skidmore Owings & Merrill 13,500 sf and CPA Management Systems 6,518 sf at a combined rental of over £932,000 ($1.6 million) per annum or £24 ($41) per sf. All lease terms are for at least 10 years, subject to tenant break options at the end of the fifth year, with incentives equivalent to between 15 and 18 months rent free.

Derwent Valley Holdings Managing Director John Burns said terms have been agreed on some of the remaining 52,300 ft2 of space in the 187,000 sf building.
