Thomas Maleta, vice president of Maleta Construction, said, "We are excited to be working on a ground-breaking project with such a progressive developer and are eager to exceed their expectations."
The 18-story Aria will have 78 lofts ranging in size from 700 sf to more than 2,000 sf, as well as about 7,500 sf of retail space. Prices of the units range from the low $200,000s to the high $400,000s, with penthouses going for upwards of $800,000. The project will be built at 90 N.E. 41st St. Construction is set to start next spring.
