Architect Kobi Karp, president and CEO of the firm, is responsible for the design of the 157-unit, two-tower project. The 15-story-towers will be located at 2011 and 2025 N. Ocean Blvd. Karp has planned a traditional Mizner-style project with covered terraces and corner verandas and a Mediterranean style. Occupancy of Vue is set for the first quarter of 2005. Prices start in the $300,000s.
"Vue is an exquisite one-of-a-kind property in the sense that it is parallel to A1A and the ocean and offers east and west views," he says. "The location and broadness of the site afforded us the lifetime opportunity to create two residential towers instead of one. With two towers, we are able to create more corner units and maximize views."Karp also is responsible for designing La Perla Ocean Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, FL., another Cornerstone Premier Communities luxury condominium project.
