Architect Chosen for Vue Residences & Beach Club

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Developer Cornerstone Premier Communities chose the 15-year-old Miami firm Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design to design the 157-unit, two-tower high-rise oceanfront condominium development.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Cornerstone Premier Communities has selected Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design as the architectural firm for Vue Residences & Beach Club, a luxury high-rise oceanfront condominium project being developed in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Architect Kobi Karp, president and CEO of the firm, is responsible for the design of the 157-unit, two-tower project. The 15-story-towers will be located at 2011 and 2025 N. Ocean Blvd. Karp has planned a traditional Mizner-style project with covered terraces and corner verandas and a Mediterranean style. Occupancy of Vue is set for the first quarter of 2005. Prices start in the $300,000s.
