Tenants are planning on moving into their new space in the building in December, according to a spokeswoman. The building is largely leased to the US Justice Department, which will occupy the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floors.

Holly Real Estate is handling leasing for the building's eighth floor of office space (the penthouse), and Centerline Realty is handling leasing for the retail space on the ground floor. The Justice department lease was handled directly.
