House of Fraser to Anchor Wycombe Scheme

LONDON-House of Fraser is to anchor Stannifer's 635,000-sf Project Phoenix town centre regeneration scheme in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. It has signed up for a 141,500-sf store, but announced at the same time that it is to close its Inverness operation.

LONDON-House of Fraser has been confirmed as the anchor tenant for Stannifer’s 635,000-sf Project Phoenix town centre regeneration scheme in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The news coincided with an announcement by the Government Office of the South East that Project Phoenix would not be called in, clearing the way for construction to start.

House of Fraser will occupy a landmark building fronting Lilys Walk and Desborough Road at a point where the new mall links into to the existing Octagon Centre. The new store is scheduled to open in 2007.
