Before he joined Alliance, David was an assistant county manager and chief of staff to former Miami-Dade manager Steve Shiver. Prior to that, he was a sales manager for Aon, a Fortune 500 insurance services company. He has more than 17 years' experience in management and government relations, including serving as executive director for the Miami-Dade County Legislative Delegation, We Will Rebuild Foundation and the International Hurricane Center at Florida International University.

David has a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's in business administration from Barry University.
