In one deal, Palm Beach Gardens, FL-based VirtualBank Mortgage, a division of Lydian Private Bank, signed a 6,390-sf lease for four years starting in November. The lease is valued at an estimated $332,280. The company's expansion to Campus C is the bank's fourth Florida office. Forty employees are expected to occupy the new offices, and new jobs are planned. Jack Lupo Realty represented VirtualBank Mortgage.

In another deal, Finco Financial Corp. leased 3,551 sf for five years starting in December. The deal is estimated to be worth about $230,815. Twenty employees are moving to the new offices, which will serve as the company's headquarters, and more employment opportunities are expected shortly. Orin Rosenfeld of CB Richard Ellis represented Finco Financial, an insurance premium financing provider.

Stiles Realty broker Felicia Rifenburgh represented Camtech Associates JV in both of these transactions. The 612-acre Sawgrass International Corporate Park, launched in 1987, is located at Interstate 75, Interstate 595 and the Sawgrass Expressway.
