Both properties were completed in 1987. The larger, 1105 Berkshire Blvd., contains approximately 68,800 sf on three floors. The anchor tenant is Travelers Property Casualty. Others with space in the building are Butterworth Financial Services, Dryden Abstract, Ellsworth, Carlton, Mixell & Waldman PC, GWR Personnel Resources and Phillips Office Products.

The smaller building at 1150 Berkshire Blvd. contains approximately 26,966 sf on two floors. Major tenants are NovaCare, RGIS Inventory, American Insurance and the Jesse L. Pleet PC & Rowe law firm. Existing lease agreements in the buildings will not be affected by the sale.

Michael Margolis, James Sheehan and Joseph Verdejo of the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis along with Bill Wolf of CBRE's Allentown, PA office marketed the properties and were the sole brokers in the transaction.

The Wyomissing submarket includes the largest concentration of office, retail, medical and hotel properties in Berks County. It's within easy reach of Rtes. 222 and 422 and I 78.
