A commercial real estate professional for 20 years, Tritschler's experience is expected to help Advantis in various real estate markets, says T. Richard Bryant, the firm's managing director.

"A high priority of Advantis is to develop a frontline Institutional Sales Group," Bryant says. "Matt will contribute significantly to that endeavor on a regional level through his excellent relationships, reputation and expertise."

Tritschler is a University of Georgia graduate where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors.

In an unrelated staff-strengthening move, Trammell Crow Co. has hired Christopher J. Decoufle as vice president of retail investment services advisors. Decoufle comes to Crow from CB Richard Ellis Inc. where he was a senior retail associate.
