Carrying the addresses of 804 and 806 Landmark Dr. off I-97, the two similarly sized facilities account for a total of 40,000 sf. While terms of the tenants' leases have not been disclosed, MIE's Jerry Witt tells GlobeSt.com that space at Quarterfield Center leases for $15 to $18 per sf.

"We are confident that Quarterfield Center will bring the same leasing success as our other business parks in Anne Arundel County--near BWI in Glen Burnie and Annapolis," MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John says. "We anticipate signing a mix of medical, high-tech and professional service firms as tenants at Quarterfield Center in the coming months." As for the remainder of the business park, Long & Foster has pre-leased 6,000 sf of space in the third of the five structures, which is currently under construction.
