GLEN BURNIE, MD-Quarterfield Center–an MIE Properties and Grasmick Lumber development project that what will ultimately yield a five-structure 180,000-sf business park costing $18 million–has scored two more tenants for the campus’s first two finished buildings. An orthodontics practice has committed to nearly 3,000 sf in one of the buildings, and Independent Dialysis Foundation took on 7,200 in the other.

Carrying the addresses of 804 and 806 Landmark Dr. off I-97, the two similarly sized facilities account for a total of 40,000 sf. While terms of the tenants’ leases have not been disclosed, MIE’s Jerry Witt tells GlobeSt.com that space at Quarterfield Center leases for $15 to $18 per sf.
