Block E Lands Series of New Tenants

MINNEAPOLIS-The big entertainment district Downtown lands two restaurants, a comedy club and a spa all totaling over 20,000 sf.

MINNEAPOLIS-The developers of Block E, the major entertainment and retail complex Downtown, say that four new tenants occupying more than 20,000 sf will open starting in December, bringing the occupancy rate to 98% at the 219,000 sf retail, dining and entertainment complex.

Chicago-based developer McCaffery Interests Inc. says that the new tenants include:

Jewel Spa & Salon, a spa and hair care facility operated by Spa Central’s Charlie and Lisa Slater, opens in December and will occupy 1,999 sf on First Avenue next to Le Meridien Hotel.
