An Egyptian Pizza restaurant has committed to 2,400 sf of space, while Subway sandwich shop and Vassar Interiors have signed on for 1,500 sf and 1,600 sf, respectively. "With Ships Tavern District located only two blocks from AMTRAK and Wilmington's popular Riverfront and six walking blocks from Rodney Square, we are confident that the addition of these retailers/restaurateurs will bring added value to our residential tenants as well as the surrounding neighborhood," Struever Bros. CEO Bill Struever says.
