Slated for build-out in January 2004, the office facility is rising on Othello Avenue in Kearny Mesa. Upon completion, it will encompass 7,000 sf of office space housed in a two level facility with cast-in-place concrete walls and exposed roof structures. In a move to maximize energy efficiency at the project, the finished facility will also feature dual-glazed windows with built-in shading devices. Other features will include polished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which have been incorporated to create a "modern, European feel," according to officials at KMA Architecture & Engineering, which has designed the project.

The $2.5-million project is being built by general contractor Matt Construction. Burkett & Wong has provided structural engineering services, with Latitude 33 serving as civil engineer. The project's landscape architect is MLA.
