Aphelion Health Club Management Solutions has had its corporate headquarters in the building at least eight years, Coy Davidson with the local office of Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com. He says his client surveyed the market, but there were compelling reasons to stay in the Boxer Properties-owned building: a sign on the building and a full floor with the extra space. He says the firm signed a long-term contract for the floor, now being built out. The added space will be ready to occupy in the near term.

Space in the class B office building is quoted at $13.80 per sf whereas the submarket average is $15 per sf for comparable office product. The six-story, 54,475-sf office building is one of three that locally based Boxer Properties owns along NASA Road 1.
