HOUSTON-A software developer for the health club industry has boosted a headquarters lease of 8,974 sf to 9,510 sf at 1100 NASA Rd. 1 in the NASA/Clear Lake submarket of southeast Houston.

Aphelion Health Club Management Solutions has had its corporate headquarters in the building at least eight years, Coy Davidson with the local office of Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com. He says his client surveyed the market, but there were compelling reasons to stay in the Boxer Properties-owned building: a sign on the building and a full floor with the extra space. He says the firm signed a long-term contract for the floor, now being built out. The added space will be ready to occupy in the near term.
