WOODRIDGE, IL-A 97,000-sf office building at 9022 Heritage Pkwy. leased to Northbrook-based Allstate Insurance Co. has been sold after being on the market at $17.1 million. Allstate uses the two-story building, which was constructed for them last year, as an area claims processing center.
Schaumburg-based REM Builders, Inc. developed the build-to-suit last year for Allstate, which has a long-term lease. Another Northbrook-based company, Oak Realty Group, acquired the property, located a quarter-mile north of the interchange of I-55 and Lemont Road.
A CB Richard Ellis team that included William Novelli Jr., Mark Hellwig, Gary Fazzio and David Justh brokered the sale of the building.
