LoopNet Launches Land-Only Link

SAN FRANCISCO-The locally based operator of the most heavily trafficked commercial property listing service launches LoopNetLand, a new Web site dedicated to land for sale in the US and Canada.

SAN FRANCISCO-LoopNet, operator of the nation’s largest and most heavily trafficked commercial property listing service, has launched LoopNetLand, a Web site dedicated to land for sale in the US and Canada. With more than 40,000 land listings totaling four million acres, LoopNet is touting the site as the largest land listing service available.

The new site is targeted at real estate brokers, developers and corporate and agribusiness site selectors interested in selling or purchasing land for development, investment or other purposes. A limited list of available properties is free. Membership is required to access all land availabilities and/or to expose listings on LoopNetLand.com or to all 400,000 LoopNet members.
