The eastern portion of Westminster Crossing will be reconfigured to accommodate 100,000 sf of space, and at the 125,000-sf western part of the property, Greenberg will reconfigure the 73,000-sf structure that was once home to a K-Mart store. Already Office Depot has committed to nearly 20,000 sf of that space. "Greenberg Commercial has taken an under-performing asset and transformed it into a project that will bring value to both businesses and residents in the area and spur similar business development projects on the Rte. 140 corridor," says Carroll County Economic Development executive director Jack Lyburn.

Tenants who are currently at the property include SuperFresh supermarket and CVS Pharmacy. Both Greenberg Commercial and KLNB Retail will handle leasing for the facility. The redevelopment endeavor is expected to reach completion next fall.
