The movie destination is operated by Charlotte, NC's Consolidated Theaters and was developed three years ago for $10 million. The Suffolk Office of City Assessor tells GlobeSt.com that the building carries a 2003-2004 assessed value of $7.7 million.

Consolidated Harbour View Grande is an 11,000-sf structure that sits near the intersection of Route 32 and Route 337 in the Hampton Roads community. Since its opening in 2000, the entertainment facility has ranked at the top of the list of the best performing movie theaters in the Virginia Beach market.
