Otter Tail Buys Specialty Contractor

FERGUS FALLS, MN-Otter Tail has bought the assets and operations of Foley Corp, which provides a range of specialty contracting including design and build services for new construction.

FERGUS FALLS, MN-Otter Tail Corp. said this week it has bought the assets and operations of Foley Co., a mechanical and prime contracting firm based in Kansas City, MO.

Foley Co. provides a range of specialty contracting including design and build services for new construction, retrofitting, process piping, equipment settings, and instrumentation and control systems.

Major clients include water and wastewater treatment plants, power generation plants, hospital and pharmaceutical facilities, and other industrial and manufacturing projects across a multi-state service area. As a prime contractor, the company delivers contracting services as well as coordinates subcontractors on client projects.
