Q Club Resort & Residences, to be located on nearly two acres of beachfront property at 505 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., is advertising world-class hotel amenities and services. "Our newly opened sales center showcases breathtaking panoramas of the ocean and lets buyers view precisely what Q Club living is all about," according to Rosalia Picot, sales and marketing manager for Q Club. "In just 10 days, we have experienced a phenomenal volume of traffic resulting in 24 sales."

Units, which will range in size from 533 sf to 2,771 sf, are being sold furnished with designer pieces of furniture, all linens, silverware, cookery and electronic equipment. The condo-hotel owners can use the conveniences and services of a hotel and, when not in residence there, can place their units into the voluntary on-site hotel rental program. Q also will have ground-floor commercial/retail spaces, an upscale restaurant, covered parking, a 200-seat ballroom and meeting facilities.

Oscar Garcia is the project's architect and Picot & Co. is handling its sales and marketing. Construction is under way, with completion set for spring 2005.
