Also known as Crystal Plaza I, the class B office property at 2001 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in the Crystal City submarket was developed approximately 35 years ago and is currently leased to 88% capacity. Tenix's neighbors in the 12-story structure will include Ocean Systems Engineering Corp. and government national security solutions contractor the Titan Corp.
