The project will consist of two 25-story towers containing a total of 400 units. Pre-construction prices for the units start in the $180,000s. A variety of residences, including lofts with private elevators, one-and two-bedroom-plus-den units and penthouse units, will range in size from 657 sf to 1,467 sf. Amenities will include a landscaped pool, a meditation garden, a spa private clubhouse and fitness center, and concierge and valet services.

Terra Adi International Developments is the developer of Metropolis, which will be located on about two acres at 9101 S. Dadeland Blvd., near Dadeland Mall. Work is planned to begin on the second tower after the first tower is completed. A completion date is expected the second quarter of 2005.
