Prebarich Promoted to VP at Welsh Capital

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Welsh Cos. has promoted John Prebarich to VP of Welsh Capital, LLC. Prebarich has more than 25 years of commercial real estate lending and property management experience. He has been with Welsh Capital since 2001 and has originations exceeding $37 million a year.

“John is a tremendous asset to Welsh Capital,” says Jean Kane, president of the Welsh Cos. “He is a proven performer, and his success at Welsh speaks to his commitment and knowledge of the mortgage banking business.”
