Sales Push for 50-Story Tower Begins in December

MIAMI-The sales center for the planned $75-million mixed-use tower Ten Museum Park has been scheduled to open in mid-December. The 50-story project is being developed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design and Gregg Covin of Covin Development, both locally based. Ten Museum Park is planning to break ground in about six months and take 20 months to construct.

The project will be located at the corner of Northeast 11th Street and Biscayne Boulevard Downtown, which currently is parking lot space. The modern-style development will include 200 luxury condominiums, priced approximately $200,000 to $750,000, 30 live/work office condos, an 8,000-sf, 350-seat outdoor café, a 7,000-sf restaurant, a 2,000-sf lounge on the ground floor and seven floors of parking. In addition, developers are trying to secure major art tenants in the building.
