LA MESA, CA-A trust has picked up a La Mesa multifamily property known as Casa Comanche for $170,000 per unit, marking one of the highest prices per unit ever paid for an apartment asset in the area.

The complex, which stands at 5025 Comanche Dr., houses a total of 10 three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath units that rent for $1,395 per month, according to Craig Rubin of Rubin & Associates, who worked on the deal. Built in 1986, the property is a two-story, wood-frame and stucco building with a pitched roof and 10 one-car garages.
