Built in 1990, Coombe Hill House is a 38,000-sf office building let to Interval International at £673,000 ($1.14 million) per annum. This lease expires in May 2016 and the tenant has a break option in September 2011.
Colne House was built in the mid 1980s and provides 24,747 sf let to Hitachi Europe at a rent of £670,000 ($1.14 million) per annum. This lease expires in September 2010.
